We will require the following from you:-
- Appropriate payment for the OPTION required.
- Your video/s on DVD / DVD-R in AVI format -
fully mastered and edited.
OR you can send AVI files via youSENDit.com
(This will become your Digital Video Download master).
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL VIDEO FILES DIRECTLY TO US
- Your front cover artwork (this can be emailed).
SPEC: 1600x1600 Pixels; 300dpi JPEG
MUST CONTAIN: Band/Act Name and Title of Release
(Alternatively we can "scan" your printed artwork).
- Email your lyrics as a .TXT / MS-WORD .DOC File.
- A completed MAORI MUSIC Publishing Agreement
in respect of all included songs on the video,
OR the name and address of your current Publisher
and / or your own PRS CAE (Membership) number,
as appropriate.
- Your BARCODE and/or ISRC Numbers, if you have them.
Otherwise we will issue them to you free of charge.
WE PAY YOU A ROYALTY OF 90% ON ALL SALES RETURNS
& 80% ON ALL PUBLISHING
