 "LIVE" PERFORMANCE ROYALTY CLAIMS
All venues that hold "live" music concerts / gigs etc., are licenced to do so.
Many bands / acts don't realise that part of this licence fee goes towards paying royalties to the songwriters of the songs performed at these venues.
As a lot of bands / acts perform original material, this means that they can earn money in royalties by playing their own songs!
Whilst amounts earned vary on such factors as the size of the venue etc.,
we can assist you in placing claims for your songs, usually dating back
between 12 Months (Pubs / Clubs) and 36 months (Concerts / Festivals).
Claiming LIVE royalties is a simple two-part process:-
1) For all songs you wish to claim you need to have completed our
ONLINE PUBLISHING FORM
(We offer an excellent royalty rate of 80% on all
publishing revenues, with no assignation of copyright/s).
2) You then need to complete and return to us your
LIVE PERFORMANCE CLAIM SHEET
(This may be sent either as an attachment to an email or printed out
and sent to us by post - Address on our CONTACT page).
