A copy of all tracks on CD / CD-R - fully mastered and edited.
(This will become your Digital Download master).

Please Note:

SINGLES / EPs comprise of up to four tracks (25 mins max. playing time);
ALBUMS comprise of up to twelve tracks (70 mins max. playing time).

A copy of your current artwork on CD-R (or this can be emailed to us).
If this is unavailable, it should be possible to "scan" the cover artwork.

Signed copies of a MAORI MUSIC Publishing Agreement in respect of all
included songs, or the name and address of your current Publisher and / or
your own PRS/MCPS CAE (Membership) number, as appropriate.

If you already have a BARCODE and/or ISRC Numbers, please include
a note of them, otherwise we will issue them to you free of charge.
