PUBLISHING AGREEMENT

I/We the above-named hereby grant all publishing interest in the
afore-mentioned Title/s to MAORI MUSIC, subject to a payment to myself/
ourselves of 100% of all revenues pertaining to the said Title/s, less
25% to be retained by MAORI MUSIC.

I/We hereby assign to MAORI MUSIC the Right to Administer the Copyright 
for the whole World for the full term of Copyright (including any 
renewals and extensions thereof) in so far as the same may be assigned 
under the laws relating to Copyright from time to time in force throughout 
the World in respect of the aforementioned Title/s.

I/We certify that, in respect of the above Title/s, the PRS, MCPS and PPL
is hereby given authority pursuant to the rules of the various Societies
to treat MAORI MUSIC as exclusively exploiting each such work for the
benefit of the person/s interested therein.

This agreement is effective from the date given above in perpetuity.
